The Champions’ Culinary Circuit is a 2.5 to 3-hour chef-led walking food tour through downtown Tuscaloosa, featuring 5–6 locally owned restaurants selected for their quality, creativity, and connection to the city. Guests enjoy thoughtfully curated tasting portions at each stop while learning about Tuscaloosa’s food culture, history, and the people behind the menus. The experience is intentionally small (maximum of 15 guests), allowing for a relaxed pace, meaningful conversation, and personal interaction. The Classic Tour offers an easy, insider way to experience the best of Tuscaloosa without planning or guesswork. Guided by a local charismatic chef, participants discover signature dishes, hidden gems, and stories that bring the city to life, all within a walkable downtown route. Whether visiting for the first time or rediscovering their hometown, participants leave with a deeper connection to Tuscaloosa, new favorite spots, and a memorable experience worthy of the City of Champions.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations & Payment All tours must be booked and paid in advance through our website. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment confirms your reservation. Age Requirements Classic Tour: Ages 14+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour may receive a credit toward a future tour (no cash refunds). Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather Policy Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule the tour or issue a credit at our discretion. Transportation support through a partner may be used during inclement weather when available, but is not guaranteed. Late Arrival Tours begin promptly. Late arrivals may miss portions of the tour and tastings. Refunds or credits are not provided for missed stops. Walking & Accessibility Tours cover approximately 1.5–2 miles at a relaxed pace and include standing. Participants should be comfortable walking. Please contact us in advance with accessibility questions. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Allergy information must be provided at booking. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate, allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is not included in the Classic Tour. Drink tickets may be offered or available for purchase on select tours. Alcohol participation is limited to guests 21+ with valid ID and must comply with Alabama law and City of Tuscaloosa regulations, including Downtown Entertainment District rules when applicable. Alcohol may only be consumed in approved locations, during permitted hours, and in accordance with venue policies. Tour Changes Stops and tastings are subject to change due to availability, seasonality, restaurant capacity, or operational needs. Assumption of Risk By booking, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with walking tours, food consumption, and (where applicable) alcohol service, and agree to participate at their own risk.
