These muffins are the exact recipe and technique use to produce the oh-so-famous version served by the beloved (and now shuttered) Cypress Inn. A dozen of these mini muffins are served with a cup of whipped butter and are the perfect snack, breakfast, meal, late night binge....really there isn't a time they aren't perfect to eat!
 
A portion of the proceeds of these will go to the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund (RERF) which has helped more than 43,000 restaurant workers who suffered financially due to the COVID-19 health and economic crisis.
