In this fun, three-day workshop, young chefs will learn and practice essential kitchen skills and cooking fundamentals. We’ll get hands-on and cover all the basics such as rules for handling knives, how to read and follow recipes, measuring and mixing, and the importance of kitchen safety. Your 7 to 15 -year-old will build on skills throughout the week and create an impressive menu of classic dishes. Classes run about two hours each and last for three consecutive days. Young chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish. *Please note: This series is only available as a three-day series. No single day enrollments. Allergen note: Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If your child has a food allergy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before booking or attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class and MUST be planned in advance.
